Such a cute restaurant! The pasta was delicious, and you get a really generous portion. The service was also super nice and friendly. Can definitely recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €20–25

The pizzas at Burattino were good, and we have nothing negative to say about the food. We ordered two pizzas and drinks and waited quite a while, but we didn’t mind because we were looking forward to enjoying our evening. Unfortunately, one waitress completely changed the atmosphere. She was a slim blonde waitress with noticeable lips.( I’m sure the management will know who I mean.) While we were eating, a queue started to form outside. Everyone waiting was calm and patient, but this waitress became visibly stressed and impatient. She kept looking at the table next to us, where a group of girls were simply finishing their meal after ordering several pizzas. As soon as they left, she rushed over and started clearing the table in a way that honestly made us feel uncomfortable. She was throwing napkins around instead of placing them properly, moving chairs roughly, and speaking sharply to another member of staff... We were still eating at the time and had only finished a few slices of our pizzas after waiting so long for them. Seeing this completely ruined the experience. We suddenly felt rushed, lost our appetite, asked for the rest of our pizzas to be boxed up, paid, and left. What made it even more disappointing is that the day before we had eaten at another very popular restaurant where the queue for a table was even longer. The difference was incredible. The staff there stayed friendly, smiling, and never made anyone feel like they had to hurry. We were able to enjoy our meal without feeling uncomfortable. The food deserves praise, but hospitality matters just as much. One employee’s attitude turned what could have been a lovely meal into a disappointing experience. I hope she receives additional customer service training, because no guest should leave feeling like they’re in the way. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
