I see a lot of mamabichos leaving negative reviews because of wait times and parking but on a Saturday in the afternoon while things were hectic and packed, the bakery took care of me amd my large order. Absolutly love this place. Its a popular spot so of course come early lol. Amazing place hands down. Puñeta. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was so excited to find Buren Bakery, a Puerto Rican bakery that truly feels like home. Growing up in the NJ/NY area, Puerto Rican bakeries were easy to find—but in Houston, not so much. This place brings back those flavors I’ve missed. It has a warm, modern feel, the desserts are amazing, and the staff is very pleasant. I drive 45 minutes to get here, and it’s always worth it.
