I have eaten sushi in many cities around the world and this place is truly of the highest standard. The quality of the fish is TOP and then, believe me, the quantity of the portions is truly enormous. The owner, Ivan, is a nice and very approachable guy, he prepares everything in sight and, if you have any doubts about what to order, he very professionally explains to you all the qualities of fish he has available at that moment. I also tried the Ramen which was off the menu: spectacular. If you want to eat high quality sushi you have to try this place. Low prices, generous portions and high quality, what more could you want?? Highly recommended Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

During a quick stopover in Burgas, I have been lucky to dine in Burgas Sushi. The owner was extremely welcoming and kind (and speaking english !)! The food was also really good and tasty, with only fresh ingredients. I recommend it ! Thank you again for this moment and all the best for the future !
