Called to place an order at 7.03pm tonight Monday 8th May. Was asked to wait. Continued to remain on hold while I could hear server/manager taking orders from other patrons and having a social conversation with colleague. 23 minutes later, I am still yet to be served. Then server proceeds to hang up on me. Absolutely appalled at the level of service provided by burgastronomy hyde park. We will not be returning or recommending this place to friends/ family
