Had a few experiences here , the outlet it self is clean cozy and cold and the chicken crispy burger as well as the beef sub was super awesome , then I opted to pick me n uber after that as I wanted to check out their place before I ordered online , so far no regrets , burgers and subs are aweome Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Worst experience I had in colombo. Ordered through pick me. Crispy Chicken Burger and Chicken coleslaw salad, Pepsi, Potato chips. Burger was not good. It was a terrible one. Chips were soggy. Just had a one bite from those. Pepsi was missing from the order. Never arrived. In the ordered Chicken coleslaw salad there was no any chicken. At least a one piece. So overall this is the worst experience Ive had. Never recommend this. Very disappointed. If you need any terrible experience you can order from here. Order type: Delivery Price per person: Rs 3,000–4,000

Burger City – Havelock (Delivery via Uber Eats) I recently ordered from Burger City Havelock through Uber Eats and opted for the Double BBQ Chicken Burger with Double Cheese and Coleslaw. There were quite a few disappointments that affected the overall experience: Missing Ingredients: The burger I received did not have the chicken bacon that was supposed to be included. For a premium burger with specific add-ons, this was a letdown. Size Discrepancy: The burger was much smaller than what was shown in the listing and what you’d expect from the description. Visually and in terms of portion, it didn’t match the expectations set online. While the flavours were decent for a standard chicken burger, the missing elements and portion size took away from the value promised. Hopefully, Burger City will pay closer attention to order accuracy and consistency, especially for delivery customers. Reference to what’s shown vs what’s received. Would I order again? Maybe – to give it a second chance as I usually do hoping a potential restaurant has an off day. Second order - 1 week later. Ordered for the second time and let’s just say, will definitely not be ordering again. Burgers are poorly made and definitely does not match the description. Price per person: Rs 1,000–1,500 Food: 1
