One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a food outlet. The staff were unprofessional, inattentive, and showed little interest in helping customers. The long waiting time and poor communication made the experience very disappointing. Good food alone is not enough when customer service is this poor. Management should seriously address these issues and provide better staff training. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came to your restaurant with my wife and 1 1/2 years old child and odered 1 club sandwich and 1 nasigurang set menu.but the servicemen didn't care at all. I asked for feeding chair but he ignore it and i have to take it by myself. After 20 minutes food are delivered to the table without any cutlerys.I saw he was serve the table next to me, who came after with all food and cutlerys. I asked 4 time for cutlerys but the servicemen didn't care at all. please i humbly request to serve all the customers same way either restaurant busy or not. I ordered a chicken submarine from Burger Hut Katugasthota through PickMe and paid LKR 1500, which is quite expensive for what I received. The quality was very disappointing. It felt like they only used some leftover chicken and added an excessive amount of tomato sauce and mayonnaise. There was nothing else inside—no proper filling, not even basic ingredients like onions—just chicken with sauce and mayonnaise. The taste was not good at all; it was very unbalanced and unpleasant to eat. I regret ordering it. If they cannot provide good quality food, they should not accept orders just for money.
