1 star as the food was edible. That’s the best I can say. Was called after ordering to be informed that items weren’t in stock so would have to be swapped, no refund offered. Given a delivery estimate of 30 minutes but in reality took over 2 hours. Wanted to cancel the order but couldn’t as the restaurant had clicked the “preparing order” button on Deliveroo despite the fact that they clearly were not preparing the order for a very long time after that. When calling the restaurant number provided on deliveroo it was not for the restaurant but for a delivery driver who wasn’t even working there. When we finally got through to them they claimed the order was on its way but somehow still took another 45 minutes to arrive. Mind you, this may not have been a lie as the food was luke warm at best and all needed reheating. Considering they were “preparing” it for 2 hours, it was put together surprisingly slapdash. Poor all round.
