The staff were friendly and service was good. But unfortunately the burger that I bought was a bit dry lacking enough sauce. That being said the chips and chicken wings was very nice. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Looks like it’d be great food, thought I’d try it out Asked for a chicken burger with lettuce mayo bacon and cheese and they said they couldn’t make it up, they have the ingredients but because it wasn’t on the menu they couldn’t make it.? First time thats ever happened to me and I’ve travelled the east coast from Sydney asking for the same burger and I’ve never had someone say they couldn’t make it because it wasn’t on the menu.. ridiculous and I will never go back for anything on the bloody menu I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know Thank you Burger inn Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Thanks for your review.Just to clarify, we did not refuse to make your burger. We asked you to choose any chicken burger from our menu, and we were happy to customise it for you (lettuce, mayo, bacon, cheese, etc.). That option was declined, and you chose to leave without ordering.At Burger Inn, we take taste very seriously. Our burgers are based on carefully developed recipes, not random ingredient combinations.
