I just left there sat July 24 ,2021 @ 10:45 pm the girl working the window n the guy she had working with her I must say they are an amazing team! Good job! Good hustle! Y'all are the only place open right now n they have a line around the building and that team tonight I must say is handling there business! Food hot fresh n right! They both deserve a raise

The Burger King on Lincoln Way is absolutely the worst. I go to the 13th Street location, if at all possible. They always charge me for extras that they don't add. Once, I asked for extra mayonnaise. When I got to work, there was no mayonnaise on it at all. I called the store, and I was told I would receive a coupon in the mail for a free Whopper. It never came. I asked the Manager about it later on, and was told there was nothing she could do about it. I don't bother to complain after that. I guess it's partially my fault, because I keep going back. Sometimes, I just can't make it to the other location.
