First off, I tried to come in the store to pick up my mobile order, but both entrances were locked in the middle of the day around noon. But it's cool since they only had two people working for some reason. Secondly, the woman made me the wrong drink but in an effort to not want to argue with her I took the drink. Third and most important, I ate what food I could stomach in the parking lot. I don't know how but my food was lukewarm, borderline cold. I'm having trouble thinking as to why that could be. Especially, since I asked for my burger to be "fresh off the broiler". I guess that's an option just for show, right? The chicken fries we sorry and soggy. I would've let all the little things go and be water under the bridge but I can't even get hot food in the middle of the day with one person in front of me in the drive through line. Yea nahh, I will not be back to this location and I'll be sure to direct people I know to other locations. Down right unacceptable.
