Order ID #AAAU2NPUAEBM. I went to Burger King Store #6783 5119 Jones Creek Road, Baton Rouge, La 70817 for lunch. I walked in the lobby. No hello hey dog or I will be right with you. NOTHING. The manager was the one up front that didn't say hello nothing. The manager was very rude, nasty attitude. Need I remind you I didn't say a word. I was just there trying to place an order. She finally took my order she was acting like she was annoyed about everything around her (like an unhappy person). I was in a good mood before I entered but I left feeling like I did something wrong. When my order was finally ready, they gave it to the wrong customer. The customer brought the bag to them and said, “this is not for me”. The girl looked in the bag and realized it was my order. She asked me if I wanted another fry. I told her I wanted another burger that I didn't want it because I saw the customer take it out the bag and unwrapped the burger and wrapped it back and put it in the bag. 1st why would you give me a burger someone brought back to you. Make that make sense. The manager acted like she was frustrated because I wanted another burger or she could have been frustrated at her workers. IDK. Regardless, as a customer I shouldn’t have felt the aggravation and frustrations she had. I go there a good bit, but I want be back there. I don’t' want to experience the nasty attitude from the manager again. I will give them a 1 star because my fries was hot.. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

At approximately 10:45 an June 1st ...We pulled up to the drive thru, the person who took our order rushed us thru the process... get to the window add on a drink and then an apple pie.. the manager on duty tells the employee that's in the window stop adding on. She did it so ugly, 1st the drink she said no add on and then the employee asked for an apple pie, manager said what you need that for, " I told you not to add on". I will never come back, I have a business and that girl can never work for me. She is bad for your business, she doesn't understand that's how she get paid. Mind you they didn't have no one waiting in front of us or another car behind us... she must be mad because she is working fast food. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food was good but service was slow. AC must have been out, very warm inside on a hot day. Kids play area was closed, here a year ago the play area was open but had no AC but restaurant area did have AC . Price per person: $1–10
