ORDER OF March 26, 2034. 20 minutes to wait. 3 people behind the counter packing the take-out bags. So 3 on the same order and there are still things missing!!!! My order number no longer appears on the screen and when the waitress calls 8 numbers after mine, I ask her “and those before? » response “well she’s ready! » in an arrogant tone! So we have to guess when we can pick up our order??? Every time there is a problem! Too long, cold, lacking, and above all, rude staff!!!! CORRECTION: we went back to see if we had gone wrong... well no... 6:30 p.m. Person. We order and want to have a milkshake well no once again no ice cream available!!!! And the fries are still just as lukewarm even though there was no one there!!!! Well, we understand, we're going back to the McDonald's in Bitschwiller and we'll go to the Burger King in Kingersheim!
