Was good for the first while after opening but recently this place has tanked in service and quality. My last 2 visits involved a 30-40 minute wait each, one in store while standing waiting for a simple take out meal and the other sitting in the drive through with 1 car in front of me. By the time we got our food it was freezing cold and disgusting. The fries were ok on the drive through that bit other than that the food was not edible as there was an unusual taste on it and it was freezing cold. We reported our experience to Burger King corporate customer satisfaction and they offered us 5 dollars towards our next visit. Needless to say we won’t be using that as this will be my last visit to this location and possibly Burger King in general as it kind of deterred us from the brand. Extremely disappointed with my experience at Burger King tonight. I placed an online order for pickup through the drive-thru. Whoppers, large fries, and drinks. After arriving, the team member asked me to pull ahead even though there was only one car behind me. I waited parked in front for my order instead of receiving it at the window. When they finally brought the order out, I checked and realized my large fries were completely missing. I went inside and told the manager, and this is what I was given instead. That does NOT look like a large fries at all. The container was barely filled and honestly looked more like a small size. Mistakes happen, but the lack of care and poor handling of the issue was frustrating. If customers are paying for large fries, they should actually receive a proper large portion especially after already being inconvenienced waiting outside. Smh. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1
