First time visthis Burger King off hywy 12. I was coming from out of town and was trying to make it home. Got too hungry! Wanted to try the new big Whopper. It was delicious! Cost ok. They done serve meals on TRAYS here anymore. Restroom good. The female manager was very rude, combative and abrasive. Food was cold on the last trip and Manning didn't write it down. The female manager argued me to the ground. Both Whoppers were slam cold on the first trip as well as the onion rings, all of which I asked to be made to order, and I also asked them to make sure to ask the people on the broiler. After trying to handle me, the female manager told me to go to McDonald's. I explained to her the bad service and cold food are the reasons I don't eat fast food anymore and the only reason I was there was because my wife was in the hospital. They had a line wrapped around the restaurant and wait times inside the restaurant were at least 15 to 20 minutes. And after all this, I get cold food again. It would not even make the tomato warm on the sandwich. I would give zero Stars if I could. One of the worst experiences of my life as far as food. Very rude woman. Last chance I will ever give this Burger King or probably any other Burger King because most of them really are horrible these days. So much for their new slogan saying that I'm the new king. Same old situation, different day. Social skills and managerial skills are desperately needed here. But too late for me, I would rather eat my own vomit than go in that place again and get treated like a piece of crap. I also tried to call back several times but got hung up on by the lady manager and told not to call back again. All I asked for was the district manager's name and number but after telling me the name and number when I wasn't ready because my pen wouldn't work, that's when she hung up on me the first time. Very unprofessional. If you like cold food being replaced with cold food and long wait times as well as very rude service and combative behavior, this place is just for you. I choked down one Burger because I was so hungry and my wife was in the hospital, but she didn't want to eat the other Burger because it was so damn cold and not even made properly. I do plan on going out of my way to get my money back on the other Burger but they probably won't give it back knowing them. Nothing but a hard time at this place, and this ain't the only time we have gotten bad service, but this is the first time they really took it over the top. You're better off going to the casino with your money. No wonder their stock is going down the toilet and they're closing tons of stores. And I warned her that I would give her a scathing review. Well, here I am. I'm a man of my word. I hope you like it Miss nameless Burger King manager lady. UPDATE... I later called back and talked to Miss Megan who said she was really sorry for my experience and made my food over and made sure that it was hot and made right. If only all managers could be like her. I give her an A+. If you're reading this Miss Megan, I like you. You're good people and you're a good manager. A valuable asset to the company. Ordered Jr whopper meal. Paid for regular whopper. Was given a Jr most disgusting thing I've ever gotten from fast food. Bacon was burnt black. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
