Went to the front counter to place an order and was ignored for almost 15 min. Store was not busy. Drive thru had 1 car. So, no reason whatsoever. I asked,"if I can place an order" and still got ignored. Terrible customer service.

Drive thru order for a quick breakfast. Tried to charge us for an extra meal, marked the sandwiches wrong (not a big deal - we just traded with each other), and gave my husband a sweet tea after he had repeatedly asked for confirmation that it was a regular tea (even at the window as he was handed the drink). He's diabetic. Not cool. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Firestone Burger King was holding it down too — fast service, friendly attitudes, fresh food, and people actually smiling while they work. That kind of customer service matters more than companies realize. Big respect to everyone over there keeping the wheels turning and the customers taken care of. Y’all made an ordinary stop feel easy and positive. Definitely earned the five stars. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
