Bought 2 burritos. Forgot the patties on both, literally just gave me eggs & bacon snothered in sauce And the fries are literally always cold Place sucks

I don't understand why this place went to hell. Need new management. When i correct them on my order being messed up I get an attitude after sitting in the drive through for over an hr with my toddler. Why when I order onion rings I received mostly fries with 6 pieces of onion rings Also, why did I get told that the burger King gift card that was bought on post couldn't be used? Lazy employees.
