Unfortunately, the taste of food fades into the background when you are faced with terrible service. I ordered a Siberian Shrimp Roll, not spicy (it was stated on the receipt), I received it spicy. When I went to the order counter to sort out the situation, they simply got rude to me and refused to replace my roll, saying the problem was that “regular ketchup is too spicy for me.” Despite the fact that the composition of the really non-spicy roll does not contain any red sauce at all, even slightly reminiscent of ketchup. I came up a second time, with a photo of the composition, to which I was again rude. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We went to this establishment today. We ordered a Shrimp roll (not spicy!!), we were given a spicy one. When I asked why it was spicy when I ordered regular, there was no answer.. We ordered exactly the same as in the receipt, put in a regular roll, when they came up and demanded an explanation, they didn’t tell us anything. We received negative comments in our direction.
