I went through the drive through ordered waited in line for 15 minutes. Then get my bag of food and my medium fries was missing. So I got out to go in but they had the lobby locked you couldn't go inside. So I was waving at them in the drive through they seen me and would not come to the window. So I knocked on the window. Woman came to the window I asked if I could get my medium fries please. She said medium fries I said yes. Lean back out the window and told me that her manager told me I needed to leave I shouldn't be knocking on the window. Called the sheriff's department. Deputy comes out I'll tell him what happen and he says well if they told you you need to leave then you need to leave I'm not gonna tell them to give you your fries or a refund. Would not help me at all or go talk to them. And there's no way to get a hold of corporate And speak to someone or leave a voice-mail. Do not go here it's always slow and you will lose your money. It has been a while since we stopped at a burger king, and we were very happy with everything we got at the drive-through. It was a huge order with almost 27 items, and they didn't miss a thing.
