I was told that they don't have to tell me that they're serving veggie patties and that it was the same thing as a beef patty that I purchased never go back to a Burger King ever

It seems the cashier is getting a raise since she is over charging by 1.50 per order then when give you a receipt it only totals .11 when you tell them they messed up she says it is itemized on the sticker on the bag and that the charge is different because there system is messed up. When you try to do a servey the servey number in the receipt for 11 cents doesn’t work. I won’t argue with the child at the window or train employees but I really wish management will get this handled soon Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Messed up my order in arrived thru and refused to fix it bc there were 2 cars behind me I was told there was too long of a line and "No". Worst customer service ever, tired of these places treating the paying customer like an inconvenience, I'm not even rude about this and they can't take any time on ANYTHING! Price per person: $1–10
