Did a mobile order, got a sundae and ice cream cone plus a few other things. They put it in one of those secured bags for pickup orders. I like to ask if my drinks are in there, when I asked if the drink was in there, the guy at the window told me " no refunds, no refunds on the ice cream and sundae and whatever . I dont know what you wanna tell her" and then walked away. So that sucked. I also ordered 4 tacos with no lettuce, got 2 tacos and like 80% of the thing is lettuce :(((((( Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don't mind that I had to wait 15 minutes in line for food, I get it, your busy and there's a lot of people. I don't mind that you don't have all of what we ordered. But when I asked if the drinks were in the bag as well and the guy tells me "THERES NO REFUNDS!" like I was a Karen asking for one, and keeps telling me that as I'm just staring at him wondering what that has to do with our drink and two ice creams, and then says "IDK WHAT YOU WANT TO TELL THE LADY!" and then slams the door, thats bad customer service. Also, it wasn't just the ice creams missing. An order of tacos as well, and things were just thrown around in the bag. Food: 2 Service: 1

Haven't been to Burger King in quite a while, though I would try it. I had the Whopper with Onion Rings. I told the cashier well done Onion Rings. When I got my meal I was surprised that the Onion Rings were actually well done. Many times in other fast food restaurants I ask for crispy fries and I never get them. You can't beat the taste of a Whopper in my opinion. Looks like I'll have to leave Burger Kings competition in the dust from now on.
