Ordered around 20:00, latest time was 20:55. At 21:10 i call and they say “in 15 minutes”. at 21:40, I call again and they say it’s downstairs. I asked why they didn’t ring the doorbell, he said he rang and called me 2 times, lying to my face, i have no missed calls and I have a camera- you never even rang the doorbell. I understand the horeca business can get hard, but the least you can do is be competent at your job and not lie to our faces. Also, burguers came without the sauce they claim in the description
