I had a very disappointing experience with this order. My order was confirmed and I was told it would be delivered within an hour, but it was never delivered. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered and there was no proper response or update from the branch. Later, the order was even marked as “delivered” on the Foodpanda app, even though I never received it. I have already shared all the details and proof with Burger Lab’s official page, including screenshots and order information, but the issue is still not properly resolved. This is not about the amount or the order itself. It is about basic professionalism, honesty, and customer service. Marking an order as delivered without actually delivering it and ignoring calls is unacceptable. I hope this matter is taken seriously and investigated properly so it doesn’t happen with other customers. Service: 1

I recently ordered the Tomatina Burger from Burger Lab and it was absolutely delicious. The taste was excellent, the ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced.
