Ordered 2 subs for takeaway. But they offered me that there is an offer buy 3 subs for 2000/- BTW no cheese n fries will not included in the offer that is 2000/3=666.6 for one SUB in the offer. But i chose single SUB portion for 1300/- which includes cheese n fries. When I opened the package I could count the fries which 8 overfried half cut fries n bun was too rough. When i called them to inform this they treated me nonsense saying they are giving only 10 fries for fries portion itself. Poor food n services. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently ordered through a Buy 1 Get 1 offer on Uber Eats, and this was honestly one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. The burger was extremely underwhelming the ratio of bun to chicken patty was completely off. The crispy chicken patty was far too small, making the whole thing feel like a joke rather than a proper meal. This is not something that should be served to customers, especially when it’s not a cheap item. I ordered this for my nephew and niece, and my niece was really looking forward to it. It’s especially frustrating that this was served to a child the quality was simply not acceptable. On top of that, the burger itself wasn’t even tasty enough to make up for the portion issue. If you’re offering Buy 1 Get 1 deals, the quality should still be maintained. Otherwise, it feels misleading and like a waste of money. I’ve attached a photo as well to show exactly what was received. Please improve your standards. If you can’t maintain proper portion sizes and quality, it’s better not to run such offers at all. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering these promotions from here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
