Very disappointed with our experience. We thought we’d try the new meltellica burger, but found when we arrived home, we’d been given two completely different burgers to what we’d ordered. When we rang the store to let them know, we were told they had our burgers in the warmer, if we wanted to go back and pick them up. We were not able to do that, so the staff took our details, and said someone would contact us. Over two weeks later, we’ve had no contact from anyone. Price per person: $20–30

Was looking froward to trying BurgerFuel Timaru. As cabin crew, I rely mostly on BurgerFuel for my low carb dinner fixes in various NZ cities and towns. I've had only good experiences swapping out the bun for the lettuce, except this time it was considerably underwhelming and borderline inedible. Due to lack of low carb food establishments in the area, I ate it so I could eat, but that's about it. It was a rip off for what I got. Will not be returning or recommending.
