The food itself tasted pretty good. No complaints, but nothing exceptional. The problems are that things like ketchup, mustard, relish, ext. count as a topping for a burger, which you are only allowed to choose 5 online. Minus 1 star. Second criticism is that there is no option for a normal bun that doesn’t cost extra. This is deceptive pricing. Generally a burger comes with a bread bun. I spent extra for the “brioche bun”. It was not worth it. It was mostly crushed and soggy and didn’t look or taste any different from a regular bun. Minus 1 star. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4

This was officially the worst chicken burger I’ve had in Ottawa. I think the picture speaks for itself. It was also really dry and tough like it had been forgotten in the deep fryer. Couldn’t have been worse. Price per person: CA$20–30
