We went to the musical highlights, the organization was catastrophic, the rows of seats or seats were not marked so that we didn't know where to go and discussions arose , the stage wasn't set up that nicely either, I'm more used to that from other events and personally I won't be booking anything there again

The New Year's Concert by the Neue Philharmonie-Westfalen was very entertaining, but I didn't like the location. Not a nice building and the event hall is outdated and has no atmosphere for a New Year's concert. There was no nice lighting and we guests were left standing in front of the entrance for almost 45 minutes. Particularly unpleasant because the concert was predominantly older. The acoustics also left a lot to be desired. Admission was cheap, but I will no longer attend any events at the Bürgerhaus Süd in the future. There was no catering at the event.
