Very disappointing experience at Burger King. The service from an employee named "Usman" was especially poor and unprofessional. After purchasing two large chicken nuggets and onion rings, I politely asked for a cup with a couple of ice cubes for my daughter, but he refused immediately without any proper explanation. What made the situation worse was his attitude — he kept giving me strange looks while I was checking the screen and even asked, “What are you looking at?” in a rude manner. I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer. Customer service should be polite and respectful, especially toward families with children. Very disappointed with this experience.
