I usually wouldn't write in but my experience was really off and not the typical experience. Our food is cold, it was very late, the strawberry shake has almost no strawberries in it, my burger sat out while they were making other items. I got a very gruff, thanks for waiting, after spending 10 minutes inside, and all items were shoved into one bag, cold sauces with hot items. A really disappointing experience all around which is not what I've experienced in the past :( I wish they had actually followed up with me, I wrote in and it said they would follow up, but never did :( this was on Sept 17th. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

The food and service are always exceptional. My only complaint is that it would be nice to be able to pay with cash, but I understand why this is not feasible given the location. If I could pay with cash I would eat here much more frequently. As it is, I only go a few times a year due to having to use a card.
