Service was terrible. For a restaurant that offers vegan options they really didn't know anything about vegan food. The girl even claimed something was vegan when it wasn't. Also, the food was cold. When my mum complained about her cold food they just put her burger in the microwave and put the chips back in the deep fryer. Not acceptable!! Do better. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointed in our recent order with Burgertory. None of our order instructions were followed and the add ons that we where charged for where not actually added to the burgers. I understand that error happens but the fact that they where all marked off on the receipt and not added makes it even worse. Given that this is not a cheap takeaway option either, very disappointed and we will not be back. Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
