If you feel hungry after visiting Hoop, have a meal at this restaurant. All the customers adore wonderful Vegetarian cuisine at Burgerz. Here you will be offered perfectly cooked vegan burgers, salads and sweet fries. Try tasty brownies. After a long working day, you can taste delicious beer. This place is famous for great oreo milkshakes.
A number of guests say that the staff is hospitable at this place. Prompt service is something that people highlight in their comments. Pay adequate prices for eating at this spot. There was a time when Burgerz was fantastic, known for great burgers, especially their creative vegetarian ones. Unfortunately, one cannot say the same anymore. We visited on a Saturday evening for dinner. Service was friendly, the seating area at the back was nice and bright. That's where the positives end.We ordered several vegetarian burgers. The burgers arrived relatively quickly, but without any cutlery or napkins. We asked the waiter who brought us our food if we could have ketchup. He said yes, but instead of bringing us the ketchup, he started cleaning the exhaust vents in the kitchen, in the middle of the dinner service! We had to ask for cutlery before it was brought to us.The burgers themselves were abysmal. The burgers were soft and limp, without a bit of texture in the patty. The buns were cold and very characterless, and the fries that were served alongside were cold, oily, and equally limp. I opted for the go tasty fries, which are supposedly garlic fries, but tasted nothing like garlic. This is terribly disappointing. I frequented the Burgerz restaurants in their heyday 8 something years ago, back when the burgers packed flavour and everything on the menu oozed character and attention to detail. My visit today has been after a long hiatus, and I can say with certainty, it is clear that no one at the restaurant cares about the food anymore. It is glaringly obvious that the creativity, flavour, freshness, and execution, which were once strong points of the restaurant, have simply disappeared. Very unfortunate. I do not recommend this restaurant.
