I have ordered from here many times, and overall my experience has always been good. This time there was a small mix-up with my order, but the staff handled it politely and treated me very well. I’m a student pulling a late study night and needed something to keep me going (but not just caffeine). I saw this new spot was open pretty late (on Uber Eats), so I figured why not give it a try and I’m so glad I did. The first thing that caught my attention was the paneer tikka masala sandwich. I expected it to be really spicy, but it’s actually more on the mild side with just the right amount of heat. Super flavorful, and way bigger than I expected, like a full, thick square sandwich. Definitely filling, definitely worth it. The bread thickness was perfect too. Then I got the African peri-peri fries and wow. These were a game changer. Might actually be my new favorite thing. When I opened the box, it looked SO good—the sauce drizzled all over, smelled amazing, and somehow I could already tell it was going to hit before even tasting it. And it did. 100% recommend the peri-peri fries. I also ordered the mango cocoa matcha, and this surprised me the most. I don’t even like matcha, but this tasted more like a mango milkshake, super smooth, refreshing, and not overly “tea” tasting at all. It paired really well with everything. I also got the mocha croffle, haven’t tried it yet because I literally started writing this mid-meal, but it looks amazing, especially for delivery. Overall, everything was fresh, flavorful, and honestly exceeded my expectations. Perfect late-night study fuel. Would definitely order again. I am sharing my worst experience with burgrill. We usally order African peri peri fries from there and first two times our experience was so good, the fries were as described and so tasty but recently we ordered the same fries and what we get , normal fries with peri peri sauce for 8 dollars (regular size), no cheese, no other sauce as mentioned in description of item. We drive all the way from newton to scottroad/88, we didn’t check the order and it take to home. When we opened, we see that shit and call the restaurant, the worker over there said i can prepare another one for you. We took the order as it is to restaurant and show them. Instead of apologizing, the girl started showing us the recipe of that fries, we explained our previous experience that it’s not same as previous orders but she was like someone might mistakenly put mayo in your order that’s only the difference. She just put mayo on top of it even the fries were not warm or hot. We will never ever order again from their. Suggestion to owner: previous workers were too good as compared to your new worker girl.
