I ordered a Build Your Own Plate from Burning Rice and while the taste of the food was good, my order was not prepared correctly. I specifically paid extra for corn, but it was completely missing from my bowl. They also forgot to add the zucchini that I selected. These were important items that I was looking forward to, especially since I paid additional charges for one of them. The food itself tasted good, which is why I’m not giving a lower rating, but accuracy is just as important as taste. If customers are paying for extra ingredients, they should receive them. I hope Burning Rice pays closer attention to order details in the future. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We went there for lunch and had bowls of our own choosing. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience, although I am not a fan of ordering from the counter. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

The food was very good, we got bibmbap (hot stone bowl) with spicy shrimp, and a beef bulgogi rice bowl, as well as a seafood pancake and another side. The side portions were pretty small for the price. The rice bowls were better, but everything tasted great. They forgot the miso soup and I had to go ask for it. They ask for you to pre-tip when you pay, this is a good example why I hate that practice. But not a huge deal. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
