Burnt Hills Cafe is a classic American "greasy spoon" on Main Street, U.S.A. They serve traditional fare and comfort food. I'm partial to "The Lumberjack" pancake breakfast myself. Bring your appetite! ABSOLUTELY ADORE THIS PLACE. GOOD FOOD NICE PEOPLE. We have a special waitress we love amd care for so much. She is ALWAYS watching out for us when we are there. Older Blonde woman and I am sorry I don't know her name but WE LOVE HER!!!!
