I really hope management takes this seriously. I want this place to thrive. • Have sensitivity training. It’s no secret the staff and management show misogynistic, predatory and racist behavior toward paying customers. The proof is written in the reviews. Women are constantly physically harmed and security allows it to continue. Staff most likely follows suit. The dark Irish stereotypes should be broken, not upheld. • Servers, bartenders and all staff are cold, rude and act entitled. Stop hiring spoiled brat kids who should be working in a back room somewhere where social etiquette isn’t necessary. It’s really pathetic how they are increasingly doing the least. • Don’t lie on the menu. Fish and chips isn’t fresh - it’s not cod - it’s tilapia. We aren’t as stupid as you’d like us to be. Onion rings are too thick and taste like cardboard. • You might want to do a monthly deep clean from the vomit smell. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

First - the young woman bartender was great. So nice and pleasant to have help us. That makes a big deal in overall experience to me and she made our night. I have been to the Burren many times for beer or music but never ate there. Big mistake not eating there. The menu is excellent - many things to choose from and the food was great also. Go for the people....stay for the food. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
