Last night’s experience was terrible. I ordered two wraps and after taking a bite I realized the vegetables were expired. When I complained, the staff started laughing and only kept saying “please pay the bill, we need to close.” On top of that, they first gave me a bill with 15% sales tax for card payment, and later changed it to 8% after I checked. I ended up wasting 2700 and got treated like this The staff laughing at a customer complaint instead of handling it professionally was honestly shocking. Very disappointing experience.
