EDIT: I contacted Burrito Loco at the email listed in the reply to the review, and I have not heard back even after a week. So they really don't care about customer satisfaction. This is just an automatic response without any interest in truly solving the customer's dissatisfaction. I've been happy for the most part, but yesterday the Chilli con carne bowl was very weak, with far less ingredients than usual and the salsa p. de gallo was completely missing. In addition, I paid 20 CZK more than always before.
