I usually like this place, but I was very disappointed with my recent visit for the first time in awhile. I asked for the burrito dinner, but wasn’t paying attention to what was rung up and only paid for a burrito. When I received my burrito, I was surprised and kindly said i ordered the dinner. Instead of apologizing or working with me, the lady told me “‘No, you ordered the burrito”. Great customer serviceI said whatever, it’s fine, if I want rice and beans I’ll just get them later. She just walked away and didn’t say anything. That left a bad taste in my mouth, especially after already tipping her lol. Then I got to my burrito, which was supposed to be Al pastor but was probably one of the worst Al pastors I’ve ever had. I was going back and forth questioning whether it was carnitas, but my friends also ordered Al pastor and our meat all looked the same. Just an overall bad experience from a place I usually love. I’m not looking for anything, just sharing some constructive criticism. For context this was on a Saturday at like 2PM. I guess being in between lunch and dinner is why the Al pastor was so bad.
