This isn’t the first time this has happened so I’m very disappointed I drive over 40 minutes to get the torpedo subs made fresh with no tomatoes and I ask for extra Italian sauce on the subs and the lady making the subs feel it’s a good idea to put no Italian dressing on the subs at all I mean the subs are bone dry. I repeated my order when the older gentleman asked me if I ordered two subs and I said yes with extra Italian sauce the lady hears and says she got it but gives me bone dry subs instead smh ‍ which I inconveniently have to go back inside the store to pay for the sauces on the side like I said this is not the first time this has happened. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Ariel, we sincerely apologize for the repeated issues you've experienced with your subs. Your feedback is invaluable, and it's disappointing to hear that your order hasn't met your expectations. We strive for consistency and quality, and it seems we've missed the mark. Please know that we take your concerns seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to make it right. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we hope to provide you with the delicious, properly prepared subs you deserve on your next visit. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Nice people! Came in at the end of the day, where people are usually groggy and can't wait to go home. They must be androids because they were chipper and nice. Gave me a extra slice of pizza too! Try them out! Recharge their android bodies with kindness. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
