The interior of Bushigami

Many guests come here to enjoy good misir, miso ramen and pork. If you look through the visitors' comments, the staff is well-trained at this restaurant. Nice service is something clients like here. Most of the time, Bushigami provides you with the homey atmosphere. But a number of people who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

When I was searching for a ramen restaurant in Hanamaki City, this place caught my eye because of its high ratings. Looking at the map, it is a store that used to be Takeichi Shoten. Since when did it change? When you enter the store, there is a ticket vending machine, and some photos and menus are posted, but not everything is listed, so you can't imagine what kind of ramen and what ingredients are on it. The cheapest soy sauce ramen is 750 yen, and the bushigami ramen is 800 yen, so there's not much of a difference, so I ordered the bushigami ramen, which bears the restaurant's name, which is probably the most popular. Once you're seated, you get half a bowl of rice for free, and since it seems like it's self-serve, I went for it myself. For the ramen, there is one thin piece of chashu, two thick and short pieces of Chinese bamboo, seaweed, and green onions. The soup is thick and looks very thick. When I drank it, I found a rich knotty taste, and it was quite salty. I should have asked for a lighter flavor. I thought about ordering some soup, but there were still other customers waiting, so I decided against it and just added rice and finished the meal. Although the taste is good, I will ask for a lighter version next time. I will be visiting again on April 25, 2020. I visited for the first time in a long time because there was a notice that they would offer 500 yen ramen on days marked 5. When I entered the store, there was soy sauce and salt ramen for 500 yen under the ticket vending machine. This time I ordered a lighter soy sauce. The noodles are medium thick and the large char siu is good. The soup is thin and tastes just right. It is recommended! I will be visiting again on March 25, 2020. On days marked with a 5, ramen is available for 500 yen, so this time I ordered the salt ramen with a lighter taste. The ingredients and noodles are the same as the soy sauce I had last time. I can only say that the soup is salty, but it's not unsatisfying and has plenty of flavor. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
