When is it? Ichikawa. On this day, I heard that there is a store that offers TKM in the morning, so I visited. The name of the shop is Butaken. The location is 5 Minamiyawata, Ichikawa City. I stopped at a nearby coin parking and visited. There is a signboard at the entrance and it says that it is open in the morning. Oh, I wanted to eat this. The inside of the store is counter only with about 10 seats. Purchase a meal ticket at the ticket vending machine. I want to eat meat too, so I chose pork. I was able to choose the condiment, so I asked for salted kelp. Here is what was provided. Ooh, this visual is nice. The beautiful egg yolk is very appetizing. When you slurp the noodles while mixing the whole well, the noodles that are firmly soaked in water It is chewy and full of filling. It's delicious if you eat it with the rich taste of egg yolk. If you mix salted kelp in the middle, the umami of kelp will be added and the chopsticks will go on. The additional thick roast pork is so soft that it crumbles. It is well seasoned and goes well with TKM. I don't think this addition is necessary. I finished eating in a blink of an eye. This was delicious TKM.
