It was an hour before closing, but it was my first time visiting the store. Perhaps because of the location, there were always a steady stream of people coming to the store. (By the way, this was the first time I had to line up at Butayama. There weren't many lines at other stores.) I think the wait time was about 10 minutes. However, the ramen was served very quickly after we were seated. The staff was also young, and I felt at ease with their energetic, kind, and polite customer service!
