It is unfortunate that you gave us one star, especially since your visit concerns our location at Bellevue and not the one at Hegibachplatz. When you spontaneously asked for a free table, our operations manager informed you that we were fully booked. We understand that this can be confusing, especially when tables are visibly unoccupied. However, these were reserved for guests who were expected within the next 45-60 minutes. For us, offering a high-quality dining experience also means giving our guests enough time for their meal. Unfortunately, in your particular case, the time window was too tight to meet our standard. We greatly appreciate your interest in dining with us and understand the resulting frustration. It is important to us to be able to offer all guests a place, but sometimes our capacities are simply exhausted. We hope for your understanding and would be delighted to welcome you at another time.
