I put it in as a 3 because there's room for improvement but there's nothing terribly wrong with it, either. I went on the weekend, and as others mention it is quiet because they're not really working on the weekend. It's a real factory. It is fascinating, though, to see what real industrial chocolate making looks like. The chocolate making activities afterwards are also OK. They're not great (it's hard to not make a huge mess if you're not artistic), but they're not bad. You're basically going home with your own big chocolate that you decorated yourself. I've done other chocolate tours (e.g., Cadbury in Bournville) and this one is different because it's real and authentic. It's not the Disney version of history you get at Cadbury. This is not particularly easy to get to if you don't have a car. You'll take a taxi. But it's not an expensive taxi ride or difficult to get to.

#noreuse so this morning I asked for my own coffee mug to be used and was told I couldn’t because it wasn’t clean! It’s my mug which is just finished on my train journey and wanted a fresh drink for my bus journey. Strangely enough I can’t wash my mug on my commute!
