Good quality coffee and delicious chocolate free with every coffee purchase.
Only issues I've ever had are related to the small number of staff at times I have been in, two baristas available when the store is a little busy and there is a bit of a wait time.
When I went in on a Sunday I had seen customers walk out because they weren't served as there was only one staff member present. The lady who was working as very friendly and got me my coffee as quickly as possible. She had forgotten to offer my the complimentary chocolate and when I reminded her she apologized, bagged my chosen chocolate and said she had only been working there for 3 weeks. She did very well considering that she was on her own at the time.
The chocolate is a little expensive but makes a great gift and tastes amazing.
