Horrible treatment. My friend was physically assaulted (her hair pulled by a stranger) and they kicked my friend out. She was innocently sitting there and attacked. Avoid at all costs. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of Gloucester's classic venues that has stood the test of time, as its local rivals have come and gone (mostly gone). Butlers is well-run and always innovating and improving, and keeping people coming through the doors. The only thing slightly lacking is the draught beer selection. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
