New Town Plaza is a spacious mall with family-friendly facilities and restaurants. One of them is Butlery, a café and bistro known for freshly made pancakes. Salad of the day was topped with shrimps and mango cubes. Daily soup was an appetizing tomato soup. Crusted Salmon Pasta Crispy and savory crust on the salmon skin. Creamy fettuccine loaded with mushrooms. Grilled Beef Rib Eye Cooked to medium. The steak had a pretty firm texture. Juicy and finely seasoned. Served with veggies and sauteed potatoes. Spicy Chicken Wings Ordered as an add-on from the lunch menu. Wings had been cut in half so it was easy to eat. Crunchy batter. Slightly spicy. Mango Pomelo Sago Pancake Pancakes were made by order. All of the ingredients and flavors went in harmony. Fragrant pomelo, tart grapefruit and sweet mango. Thick and fluffy pancakes. An absolute signature dish.
