Such a bad experience at this location. I went this evening with my friend straight after my shift. We ordered samosa chaat and aalo tikki chaat. Don’t know that for how long it was sitting there in the front showcase which they just heated up. Even before ordering I asked the girl in front that whether it’s gonna be fresh made or not. She said that yes, it is with ignorance. It was all old and tasteless food. No standards, nothing was fresh. The girl was just sitting there scrolling her phone and when it came to work she just made whatever. When I asked for refund she said that I cannot do the refund it’s our policy, however there was nowhere written about no refunds. On top of that, she was asking me that does Tim Hortons give refunds? Such a silly question. Just because I was in my work uniform of Tim Hortons and instead of making something right with standards and honesty she was asking stupid questions like she don’t even know what does refund mean. She said she has no access to do the refund. How you guys are getting your audits done? Two employees in store and no one knows food standards, cashier don’t know refunds? Working in customer service and no refund policy at restaurant? Your team need proper training on food standards, communication, and behaviour. Next time please make sure if someone is spending hard earned money on buying something to eat after a long day of work then make it fresh and right instead of asking irrelevant questions about their work. Zero rating for this service.

I had the worst experience here. The food took an extremely long time to prepare, and when I finally received it, it tasted absolutely terrible. It also did not seem fresh at all, and I eventually had to throw it in the garbage because it was simply not edible. What concerned me even more was the food-handling and hygiene. The lady preparing the food was not wearing gloves and proceeded to handle multiple other tasks without washing or sanitizing her hands before continuing to prepare the food. Overall, the quality, freshness, service, and hygiene were extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this place and definitely will not be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Butter chicken was delicious the staff was amazing and nice. A little pricy at 13.90 -30 depending on how much bread or rice you want but worth the wait and money
