Had a wonderful experience at Butter Bakery. The food and drinks were fresh, well prepared, and served quickly. I ordered the B&B cake then a Matcha Latte. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Ms.Chelo and Ms.Marjorie for their excellent service. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly from the moment I ordered until I left. Their professionalism and hospitality truly stood out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food cafe vibe and outstanding customer service in Riyadh. I will definitely be coming back. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. First of all, the bakery is under the average quality. The sourdough tastes and looks like toast, and the egg texture isn’t good enough at all. I gave some notes to the staff but they weren’t professional to handle it! Also, I ordered a cup of flat white, and this is the worse cup I’ve ever tried in Riyadh. They put one shot of espresso, but other cafes usually put two. Honestly, I think the place was busy because the atmosphere. I wished I had a better experience Price per person: SAR 40–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

For the service it’s self-service and the tables didn’t have a menu available so you have to go up to the counter to order. I tried the avocado scramble (37 SAR) and the Turkish eggs (23 SAR) from the breakfast menu. I asked for runny eggs and they served me well done. The food was served cold and the eggs had a strong taste of burnt oil. Also, the avocado was not ripe so it wasn’t good to eat. I didn’t finish my plate. The presentation was good but the taste not so much. They provided plastic utensils for eating which felt cheap for the kind of the atmosphere this establishment presents itself to be. Overall i don’t recommend. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
