Today, Gagan handled our order at ButterChick, and the experience was excellent. She ensured everything was prepared fresh and packed properly. The Masala Veg Toastie and Aloo Tikki Toastie were perfectly grilled, she was polite, organized, and professional throughout. Great customer service and attention to detail.
