This place needs a major tune-up. When I entered I wasn't greeted just someone take a menu and show me where to sit. The waiter wasn't friendly and couldn't even thank me for my order. My Scramble Eggs were overcooked to the point there was a burnt lace around them. The only way I got I got to see the bill was after I paid for it and had to ask for a copy of my Credit Card Receipt. i HAVE GONE TO THE Naperville Location about 10 time in the last 12 months. Not again though!!!!!!!

I often go to the Oak Brook location. This place has always been a food experience. The manager always walks around and talks to the customers to make sure everything was right.

THIS NAPERVILLE PLACE IS SO UNFRIENDLY AND ACTS LIKE I OWE THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO EAT THERE. YOU SHOULD PROBABLY SEND ALL OF THE NAPERVILLE EMPLOYEES TO OAKBROOK FOR TRAINING!!!!!!!!!

Be prepared!!! They offer good Chicago food - but you will also get the busy as hell experience - borderline touristy attraction. food was good - you are paying for the name, etc. You can easily recreate the Chicago Dog at home. The best part.....the poppy seed bun in my opinion.
